What is Included in your rental

• Local taxes “VAT”
• Unlimited mileage.
• Basic Insurance- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). It covers car body in case of damages (doesn't cover other parts of the car).
• Roadside Assistance. You’ll be able to get help for any mechanical problem you come across on the road.
• Maintenance & Oil Change Additional.
• Driving is only allowed within the Jordanian borders, according to the local laws.
• No cancellation charges

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required

• All renters who want to rent a car must present a valid passport & driving license.
• An International Drivers Permit license is not required to drive in Jordan as long as the original driving license is written in Latin letters.
• A valid original driving license (physical driving license) in the name of the main driver/ additional driver/s is required and must held for a minimum of 1 year.

Payment Card Information

• MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, Debit cards
• It should be in the name of the main driver
• Not accepted: Someone else’s card (including family members), Any Virtual Payment (eg. Google pay, Apple pay, etc..), Cash.

Security Deposit

Refundable security deposit depends on the type of the vehicle. The deposit amount will be blocked on the customer's credit/ debit card until the end of the rental period.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
* (21-24 Years Old); Young Drivers are subjected to pay extra fee 5 JOD per day.
* (70-90 Years Old); Senior Drivers are subjected to pay extra fee 5 JOD per day.

Additional Driver

• You can have an additional driver freely on your contract.
• There is an additional charge for each driver
• Underage additional drivers are subjected to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
• When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy

• Same to same
• The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period

• The minimum rental period is 2 days
• The maximum rental period is 60 days
