Yes, sure. You can make any change you want and it is free of charge. In some cases, changing any element of the booking may change the price. If the cost of the changed booking is greater than the cost of the original booking, you will be charged the difference. Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability in the event of an accident. The local terms and conditions indicate the level of excess you will be liable to pay in the event of damage or loss while the vehicle is on rent to you.

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is additional insurance which buys out the excess (participation in damage) done on the vehicles body.

You are not obliged to take our collision damage waiver or insurance packages, however in case of an event which results in damage to the vehicle, you will be charged for the amount in accordance to the damages.

Yes, Arena offers such a service. You can pick up a vehicle at one office and return it to another. A special fee is charged upon this service which is One way service. It will be calculated and added to the cost of the rental during the reservation.
